Stainless steel push-in fittings (also known as push-to-connect or pneumatic fittings) are constructed from 316 stainless steel and feature FKM/Viton seals. These fittings are designed for use in corrosive environments, aggressive fluid transfer, and applications in the food and chemical industries. They allow for quick and easy tubing connection and disconnection: simply push the tubing in until it bottoms out to connect, and press the outer metal sleeve to release when disconnecting.
Available in a wide range of types, models, and sizes, these fittings meet diverse piping requirements and provide reliable connections between components in pneumatic systems. They support tubing with outer diameters ranging from 4 mm to 16 mm and 1/8" to 1/2". Thread size options include R/PT/BSPT from 1/8 to 1/2, G/BSP/BSPP from 1/8 to 1/2, 10-32 UNF to NPT 1/2, and metric threads from M5 to M20.
