Brass Push in Fittings

Brass push in fittings, also referred to as brass quick-connect fittings or brass push-in couplers, are constructed from nickel-plated brass to provide corrosion resistance, maintain ductility under high temperatures, and offer low magnetic permeability, making them a superior alternative to plastic versions. These fittings are easy to use: to connect, insert the tube fully until it bottoms out, at which point a stainless steel collet securely holds it in place; to disconnect, simply press the release sleeve (the outer metal ring).

A variety of configurations are available, including straight, elbow, tee, reducer, union, bulkhead, and plug styles. Nickel-plated brass push-to-connect fittings are suitable for use with compressed air, pneumatic systems, instrumentation, circuits, as well as lubricant and cooling lines. They are particularly well-suited for demanding environments involving aggressive fluids.
